Buddha’s hand a.k.a The devils hand
A must do for cyclists in the Taipei area. An insane rout that will take you up and around Yangmingshan National park, in 5 of the beaten track climbs. We did this during summer, but considering the heat (around 40 degrees C) it might be a better idea in spring, autumn or winter.
